Part of the US Environmental Protection Agency website that tells the story of Charlie the Chipmunk in the hopes of teaching how important it is to protect our environment. The story can be downloaded and printed out, as can coloring pages.

Insects in the Classroom
A resource site for educating students about the wonders of the insect world.  Lesson plans and other educational resources are regularly posted for study and use by the public. A collaboration between Texas A&M University entomology students and teachers in the community.

Kids For A Clean Environment (Kids F.A.C.E.®) 
An international children's environmental organization started in 1989 by a nine-year old, established to help children who wanted to learn more about the world in which they live, provide a way for children to be involved in the protection of nature and connect children with other children who shared their concerns about global environmental issues.
